To ensure IBC Travel Experts maintain a high standard of customer service and provide excellent service to our clients, we create and hold profiles of our regular clients. Theses profile contain information such as name, address, contact and passport details as well as clients travel preferences. Traveller profiles can be updated to reflect any changes or new travel preferences . Keeping your profile up to date will also help in the event of any emergencies or should you ever need to contact our 24 hour service help line for assistance.

Client details held in our profiles fulfill most of the APIS (Advance Passenger Information System) data required by the US and Canadian authorities. All the information you provide us with is kept secure and confidential in Sabre, our airline reservation system. This information will only be used when necessary, to provide travel product and service suppliers with the information required to make a booking. We do not use any of the information for marketing purposes. Any Traveller Profiles not used for 12 months will be automatically deleted from our systems . Some of the information requested may not apply to some travelers but by and large, most should be able to provide the majority of information on page 1.
The information on page 1 of the profile form is the most important for us to hold, as we require these details when making a booking on your behalf. Please e mail your completed Traveller Profile form to business@ibctravel.com.
