The Traveller Profile requires Microsoft Excel.
Credit Account Application Form
To apply for a credit account with IBC, download our credit account application and return the completed and signed form to us.
Credit card authorisation form
If you want to pay IBC by either company or personal credit cards, we need to hold a signed authorisation form. Please download here, complete and return to us.

Travelling to the USA or Canada?
APIS form and APIS Form Guidance Notes
To meet more stringent security requirements, the US and Canadian authorities are now demanding that airlines provide them with full passenger details before they leave their point of origin. This is known as APIS, or Advance Passenger Information System. If you already have a traveller profile held with us, you need only complete the APIS form. If you don’t have a traveller profile with us, please complete all personal information in the traveller profile and an APIS form. Traveller profiles should be sent to IBC Travel Experts so that we can enter the required information into your booking. The APIS form should be handed completed to the check-in agent.
